Our commitment

HAT Building Technologies aims to make this website accessible to a broad range of visitors, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, alternate input devices, and other assistive technologies. The site is designed against WCAG 2.2 AA-informed practices.

Current design practices

• Semantic page structure, meaningful headings, landmarks, and a skip link.
• Keyboard access for navigation, product menus, forms, and visible focus indicators.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
• Responsive layouts that work across common viewport sizes and support browser zoom.
• Form labels, inline errors, error summaries, and status messages designed for assistive technology.

Known limits and ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time statement. Third-party controls such as Cloudflare Turnstile can have their own behavior and accessibility characteristics. HAT will continue to test public pages and address barriers identified during use.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a barrier, you can use the contact form and describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing them. The form uses a security check. Before a public-domain launch, HAT must publish a monitored email address or telephone option that visitors can use if that security check prevents submission; no unverified contact detail is published on this site.
